基于牛血清白蛋白(BSA)保护的金纳米簇为荧光探针,通过甲磺酸帕珠沙星(PZFX)对其荧光的淬灭实现对PZFX的高灵敏度以及高选择性检测,检测限达2.9×10~(-8)g/mL。并将此方法用于人尿液样品中PZFX检测,检测结果表明,该方法具有简单、高效、灵敏度高和实用性强等特点,具有较好的应用前景。
The gold nanoclusters based on bovine serum albumin (BSA) are fluorescent probes. Their fluorescence quenching by pazufloxacin mesylate (PZFX) can achieve high sensitivity and high selectivity for PZFX. The detection limit 2.9 × 10 ~ (-8) g / mL. The method was applied to the detection of PZFX in human urine samples. The test results showed that the method was simple, efficient, sensitive and practical, and had a good prospect of application.
