用改良干重法研究密植苹果树的光合速率,结果表明,6年生金冠初结果树新梢成龄叶的净光合速率为:28.9~31.7mgco_2·dm~(-2)·h(-1),光合产物运输速率为:9.2~11.lmgco_2·dm~(-2)·h~(-1),占光合总量的三分之一左右。短枝型‘金矮生’新梢成龄叶的光合速率显著高于短枝叶的光合速率。9月的测定表明,新梢上、中部叶的光合速率显著地高于下部叶。短枝型‘金矮生’叶的光合速率高于‘金冠’叶的光合速率。树冠四周外围中部新梢叶的光合速率存在差异。
The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate of young shoots in the initial tree of golden crown at 6 years old was 28.9-31.7 mg co2 · dm -2 · h -1, , The transport rate of photosynthetic products was 9.2 ~ 11.lmgco_2 · dm ~ (-2) · h ~ (-1), accounting for about one third of photosynthesis. The photosynthetic rate of short dwarf ’Golden dwarf’ leaves was higher than that of the ’Golden Delicious’ leaves. There were differences in photosynthetic rate of shoots in the middle periphery of crown.
