为了减少铸造生产的过程中由于铸件结构等因素产生的变形和热裂现象,运用CAE/ANSYS软件数值模拟技术,采用接触单元法和自由模型法对铸造热应力进行模拟分析和计算,并对模拟结果的准确性进行验证。结果表明,接触单元法数值模拟结果更加接近实际铸造过程。
In order to reduce the deformation and thermal cracking phenomenon caused by factors such as the structure of castings, the CAE / ANSYS software numerical simulation technique was used to simulate and calculate the thermal stress of casting by the method of contact element and free model. The accuracy of the results is verified. The results show that the numerical simulation of contact element method is closer to the actual casting process.
