目的:探讨IFNα-2b对早孕合并细菌性阴道病绒毛滋养细胞超微结构及滋养细胞Caspase-3表达的影响。方法:早孕合并细菌性阴道病要求终止妊娠妇女25例为治疗组,予以重组人IFNα-2b栓治疗;同期正常早孕妇女30例为对照组。透射电镜观察绒毛滋养细胞超微结构及免疫组化SP法检测绒毛滋养细胞Caspase-3的表达水平。结果:两组滋养细胞凋亡现象无明显差别;两组滋养细胞Caspase-3的表达水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:IFNα-2b治疗早孕合并细菌性阴道病未发生绒毛滋养细胞的过度凋亡。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of IFNα-2b on the ultrastructure of villous trophoblast cells and the expression of Caspase-3 in gestational trophoblastic cells in early pregnancy complicated with bacterial vaginosis. Methods: In the first trimester of pregnancy with bacterial vaginosis, 25 pregnant women with termination of pregnancy were selected as the treatment group and treated with recombinant human IFNα-2b suppository. 30 women with normal early pregnancy were selected as the control group. Transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the ultrastructure of villous trophoblast cells and immunohistochemical SP method to detect the expression of Caspase-3 in villous trophoblast cells. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in the apoptosis of trophoblast cells. There was no significant difference in the expression of Caspase-3 between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: IFNα-2b treatment of early pregnancy with bacterial vaginosis did not occur excessive apoptosis of trophoblast cells.
