体面劳动包含的基本内容体面劳动基本内涵有以下九个方面:一是政治权利。劳动者应得到国家和全社会的尊重,有选举权和被选举权(依照法律被剥夺政治权利的除外),有宗教信仰自由,人格尊严不受侵犯,以及《宪法》等法律法规规定的各项政治权利。二是劳动报酬权。劳动者付出劳动,应得到相应的报酬,数额应不低于本地区、本行业的最低工资标准,企业应做到不拖不欠定期发放,并且随着效益的提高而增加。三是劳动保障权。不论国有、集体、个体私营还是外资企业,都要按照《劳动法》、《劳动合同法》的有关规定与劳动者签订劳动合同,为劳动者缴纳养老、医疗、工伤、生育、失业等社会保险。
