随着社会的发展,利益的形式越来越多,涉及的范围越来越广,因利益而产生的纠纷也不断出现,人们不得不找寻一些有效的纠纷解决方式。民国时期是中国历史上一段极为特殊的时期,社会利益冲突如何,解决的途径及方式又怎样,有什么好的做法或经验值得今天我们汲取呢?这些问题将从民国民事纠纷解决机制的研究中寻找到答案,而南京审计学院谢冬慧教授的新著《纠纷解决与机制选择:民国时期民事纠纷解决机制研究》(法律出版社2013年出版)一书正是这方面研究的新成果。
