县级烟草分公司是烟草商业企业市级公司下属的基层经营单位,具体承担着两烟经营和管理职责。本文以宝鸡市烟草公司下属单位为样本,针对基层县级分公司财务管理工作现状进行调研分析,提出加强基层单位财务管理工作的对策,旨在进一步提高县级烟草分公司财务管理水平,逐步实现基层财务管理工作规范化、制度化,使其在企业经营管理中发挥更重要的作用。
