提升小学英语教师的教学行为能力非常重要,这对于教师的施教水平会产生非常直观的影响。很多教师都没有研究自己教学行为的习惯,也不会对于自己的教学方法与教学模式及时做出反思与总结,这使得很多低效化的课堂教学模式一直存在,直接导致课堂教学的综合实效性受到影响。因此,教师应当经常有意识的对于自己的教学行为做出反思,要改善那些低效化的教学模式,让教学行为更有针对性,这样才能够打造高质量的课堂教学。
It is very important to improve the teaching abilities of primary English teachers, which will have a very direct impact on the teaching quality of teachers. Many teachers do not study their own habits of teaching behavior, nor do they make timely reflection and summarization of their own teaching methods and teaching modes, which makes a lot of inefficient classroom teaching modes exist all along, which leads directly to the comprehensive effectiveness of classroom teaching affected. Therefore, teachers should often consciously reflect on their own teaching behavior, to improve the inefficient teaching mode, so that teaching behavior more targeted, so as to be able to create high-quality classroom teaching.
