班级是学校教育活动的基本单位,班级管理是学校管理的基本组成部分,加强班级管理,充分发挥班级管理的功能,对于实现学校管理的目标,具有重要意义。班级管理中存在着共性与个性两个方面。作者认为:班级管理应做到共性与个性的结合,科学并有效地管理。
Class is the basic unit of school education activities. Class management is an essential part of school management. Strengthening class management and giving full play to the function of class management are of great significance for achieving the goal of school management. There are two aspects of commonality and individuality in class management. The author believes that: class management should be common and personality should be combined with scientific and effective management.
