黄连为临床常用中药之一。古今炮制法众多 ,但沿变至今 ,以酒炙黄连应用较多。在酒炙黄连的炮制工艺中 ,所用酒的类别有白酒、黄酒的不同 ,用量从 10 %~ 30 %不等。究竟对饮片质量有何影响 ,未见报道。为进一步规范酒黄连炮制工艺 ,我们以黄连中盐酸小檗碱及浸出物含量为考察
