2011年11月30日到12月8日,江苏连云港市区出现争相团购“爱心大白菜”现象。一边是海州区机关干部下农田冒雨帮助菜农抢收大白菜的景象,一边是贴着“大白菜直销证”的农用车队送菜到全市各个机关企事业单位的盛况。本来全国滞销的大白菜,在连云港为何会出现争相团购的现象?这还源于苍梧晚报在“走转改”过程中的一次新闻策划。
