目的研究基质溶解素(MMP-7)和微血管密度MVD与乳腺癌临床病理表现特征的关系及MMP-7对乳腺癌MVD的影响。方法选取乳腺癌患者组织标本60例,应用免疫组织化学方法检测MMP-7和血管内皮细胞CD34的表达,分析MMP-7、MVD与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、组织学类型、淋巴结转移的关系。结果MMP-7在直径>2 cm、有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率与直径≤2 cm、无淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MVD在直径>2 cm、有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组织中与直径≤2 cm、无淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组织中的表达比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MMP-7阳性的乳腺癌组织MVD水平与MMP-7阴性的乳腺癌组织比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MMP-7表达上调和MVD增加与乳腺癌的演进和迁移有关,MMP-7具有促进乳腺癌微血管生成的作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-7 (MVD) and microvessel density (MVD) and clinicopathological features in breast cancer and the effect of MMP-7 on MVD in breast cancer. Methods Sixty cases of breast cancer were selected. The expression of MMP-7 and CD34 was detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between MMP-7, MVD and age, tumor size, histological type and lymph node metastasis was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of MMP-7 in breast cancer tissues> 2 cm in diameter and lymph node metastasis was significantly different from that in breast cancer tissues ≤ 2 cm in diameter and without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05 ). The expression of MVD in breast cancer tissues> 2 cm in diameter and with lymph node metastasis was significantly different from that in breast cancer tissues ≤ 2 cm in diameter and without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). The level of MVD in MMP-7-positive breast cancer tissue was significantly different from that in MMP-7-negative breast cancer (P <0.05). Conclusion The up-regulation of MMP-7 and the increase of MVD are associated with the development and migration of breast cancer. MMP-7 may promote the microvascular angiogenesis in breast cancer.
