缩口成形加工能获得造型优美及高强度、刚度的产品,如门锁的球形手枘等。近来有较大的发展。但有关缩口的理论分析及设计方法见诸文献者甚少,尚不足以实际工作。生产上都还依靠摸索进行。曾对相对厚度、锥角及极限缩口系数的关系作过研究指出锥角小、相对厚度大的极限缩口系数值小(极限缩口程度大)。但对锥角2α=40°以下及2α=80°以上的情况来作说明。也未将表面条件等因素作全面的分析研究。
