本工作采用正交试验设计,系统研究了工艺参数在对A3钢上火焰喷涂马氏体不锈钢2Cr13、奥氏体不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti和1Cr25Ni20结合强度的影响,试验数据的方差分析是在微型计算机上进行的,方差分析表直接由微型计算机打印输出。对火焰喷涂三种不锈钢结合强度试样的断口形貌、热喷涂层的显微组织和显微硬度、光学金相、电子扫描金相和结合机理,进行了分析和讨论。两轮试验共75个试样的平均结合强度为2.58kgf/mm~2,与国外火焰喷涂目前达到的结合强度水平相当。
In this work, orthogonal design was used to systematically study the effect of process parameters on the bonding strength of flame sprayed martensitic stainless steel 2Cr13 and austenitic stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti and 1Cr25Ni20 on A3 steel. The analysis of variance of the test data was carried out on a microcomputer , ANOVA table printed directly by the microcomputer output. The fracture morphology, the microstructure and microhardness of the thermal sprayed coatings, the optical metallography, the electronic scanning metallography and the bonding mechanism of the three stainless steel specimens with flame spraying were analyzed and discussed. The average bonding strength of 75 samples in two rounds of tests was 2.58kgf / mm ~ 2, which is comparable to the level of bonding strength achieved by foreign flame spraying.
