目前,某能源企业废旧物资处置业务通过网上竞价平台实现并采用线上竞价方式公开处置废旧物资。废旧物资交接、废旧物资库存管理等业务在ERP系统实现,本文重点介绍了:通过启用ERP系统的销售与分销模块功能,结合ERP系统的ABAP增强开发技术,实现废旧物资处置与账务处理等业务无缝衔接,从处置计划上报到销售出库的全流程管控,并利用销售功能,为废旧物资销售全流程管控提供系统支持,为进一步提升ERP系统对公司集团化运作、集约化发展、精益化管理、标准化建设战略目标的引领和支撑能力。
