目的:探讨介入治疗肾上腺原发恶性肿瘤的价值。方法:搜集2001年10月至2002年12月共6例肾上腺原发恶性肿瘤病例经肾上腺肿瘤动脉栓塞介入治疗后分析。结果:6例患者临床表现均明显好转,术后肿瘤明显缩小,其中5例行外科Ⅱ期手术切除或射频消融治疗,1例术后出现转移。结论:介入治疗晚期肾上腺原发恶性肿瘤可为患者创造外科手术治疗或射频消融机会,明显提高生活质量,延长生存期。 Objective: To explore the value of interventional treatment of primary adrenal malignancies. Methods: From October 2001 to December 2002 a total of 6 cases of primary adrenal malignant tumor were analyzed after interventional therapy of adrenal tumor embolism. Results: The clinical manifestations of 6 patients were significantly improved, and the tumor size was significantly reduced. Among them, 5 patients underwent surgical resection or radiofrequency catheter ablation and 1 patient had metastasis after operation. Conclusion: Interventional treatment of advanced adrenal malignancies may create opportunities for surgical treatment or radiofrequency ablation in patients with significant improvement in quality of life and prolongation of survival.
