目的 :分析社区慢性病患者健康信息获取行为的现状。方法 :针对本次研究的研究内容,选取社区内400例心血管慢性病患者,采用问卷调查法,对所有入选的社区心血管慢性病患者实施健康信息获取行为问卷调查。结果 :社区慢性病患者的健康信息获取途径主要是采用传统媒体;健康信息阻碍因素内在因素主要是恐惧诈骗信息,外在因素主要是信息获取渠道不方便。结论 :社区慢性病患者健康信息获取行为受到内在因素和外在因素影响,制约着其行为的养成,为患者的治疗和预防带来了严重的影响,因此需加强健康信息获取行为的培养。
Objective: To analyze the status quo of health information acquisition in community patients with chronic diseases. Methods: According to the research content of this study, 400 patients with cardiovascular diseases were selected in the community and questionnaires were used to investigate the health information acquisition behavior of all selected community patients with cardiovascular diseases. Results: The access to health information for chronic diseases in the community was mainly through traditional media. The internal factors that impede the health information were mainly fear and fraud information. The external factors were mainly the inconvenient access to information. Conclusion: The acquisition of health information in patients with chronic diseases in community is affected by internal factors and external factors, which restrict the development of their behaviors and have a serious impact on the treatment and prevention of patients. Therefore, the training of health information acquisition needs to be strengthened.
