本文结合中国航空工业空气动力研究院员工培训机制的建立过程和当前国际上较为前沿的员工培训思想,从培训观念、培训制度建设、培训执行力等角度通过对中国航空工业空气动力研究院员工培训机制的实证研究,意在探索出较为合理的符合我国国企实际情况的员工培训机制,提升员工的整体素质,增强企业的战略竞争力,确保企业在激烈的市场竞争中始终处于不败之地。
Based on the establishment of training mechanism of China Aviation Industry Aerodynamics Research Institute and the current more advanced thinking of staff training in the world, this paper, through the training concept, training system construction, training execution and other aspects of the Air China Institute of Aeronautical Engineering staff training Mechanism of the empirical study is intended to explore a more reasonable system of employee training in line with the actual situation of China’s state-owned enterprises to enhance the overall quality of employees and enhance the strategic competitiveness of enterprises to ensure that enterprises in the fierce market competition has always been invincible.
