测定了 10个最新育成品种 (系 )不同生育时期的叶绿素含量、希尔反应活力及 RU BP(Ribulose,5 -Biphosphate)羧化酶活性。结果表明 ,(1)品种 (系 )间叶绿素含量存在较大差异 ;(2 )叶绿素 a,b随生育阶段进展而有所提高。叶绿素 b的提高可能与产量有直接关系 ;(3)随生育进程的推进 ,RU BP活性逐渐增强 ,品种之间的差异小于生育期的差异 ;鼓粒期 RU BP活性与产量呈显著正相关 ;(4 ) 10个品种间希尔反应活力具有较大差异 ,希尔反应活力与 RU BP活性及产量的相关系数分别为 0 .786 6和 0 .75 0 4 ,均达 5 %显著水平
The chlorophyll content, Hill reactivity and RU BP (Ribulose, 5 -Biphosphate) carboxylase activity of 10 newly-grown cultivars (lines) were determined at different growth stages. The results showed that (1) the chlorophyll content of varieties (lines) differed greatly; (2) chlorophyll a and b increased with the progress of the growth stage. The increase of chlorophyll b may be directly related to the yield. (3) With the progress of fertility, the activity of RU BP gradually increased and the difference between varieties was less than that of the growth period. The activity of RU BP at drumming stage was significantly and positively correlated with the yield. (4) There is great difference in Hill’s reactivity among 10 cultivars. The correlation coefficients between Hill’s reactivity and RU BP activity and yield are 0.786 6 and 0.7575 respectively, both reaching significant levels of 5%
