受我国经济体制影响,在多数企业均引进先进的人力资源管理理论的情况下,我国的公立医院还停留在落后的人事管理水平上,这样不仅对医院人力资源管理的发展有所制约,而且对医院综合竞争力的提升也会产生一定的影响。因此,公立医院要建立起与现代市场经济环境相适应的现代人力资源管理体系,而S-O-4P管理模式则是提升其人力资源管理水平的有效途径之一。本文就针对S-O-4P管理模式在公立医院人力资源管理中的应用展开讨论。

Therefore, public hospitals should establish a modern human resource management system that is compatible with the modern market economy environment. However, the S-O-4P management mode is an effective way to enhance the level of human resources management. This article discusses the S-O-4P management model in the public hospital human resources management.
