人参是著名的滋补强壮药,其有机成分已有过一些研究。本工作用中子活化分析法测定了Na,K,Rb,Mg,Ca,Sr,Ba,Al,Sc,Mn,Fe,Co,Cu,Zn,As,V和Cl等17种元素的含量。所分析的样品有:中国、朝鲜、南朝鲜和日本等不同产地的人参以及人参的同类植物西洋参和三七共20支样品,结果表明: (1)南朝鲜的人参铜含量最低。 (2)西洋参的微量元素含量和人参类似。 (3)三七中的Mn、Co、Cu、Zn含量较高。
Ginseng is a well-known nourishing and robust medicine, and its organic ingredients have been studied. In this work, 17 elements including Na, K, Rb, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Al, Sc, Mn, Fe, Co, Cu, Zn, As, V and Cl were determined by neutron activation analysis. The samples analyzed include ginseng of different origins in China, North Korea, South Korea and Japan, and 20 samples of Panax ginseng and Panax notoginseng from the same plant. The results showed that: (1) South Korea had the lowest copper content. (2) American ginseng trace element content and ginseng similar. (3) The content of Mn, Co, Cu and Zn in Panax notoginseng is higher.
