目的明确某汽车零部件铸业公司扩建项目产生的职业病危害因素,提出相应的职业病控制措施。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测等方法收集数据和资料,对该项目职业病危害现状进行评价。结果该项目生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素有矽尘、铝合金粉尘、氧化铝粉尘、锰及其化合物、一氧化碳、苯酚、甲醛、氨、噪声、高温。其中除浇铸单元浇铸工接触噪声的8 h等效声级(Lex,8 h)为90.3 d B(A),切割工接触噪声的Lex,8 h为94.7 d B(A),砂芯单元砂芯工接触噪声的Lex,8 h为91.1 d B(A),超过噪声的职业接触限值外,其余作业岗位职业病危害因素均合格。结论该项目在生产工艺过程中产生的职业病危害因素有化学因素和物理因素,应加强职业卫生管理和防噪声的综合措施。
Objective To clarify the occupational disease hazards caused by the expansion project of a certain auto parts casting company and put forward corresponding occupational disease control measures. Methods Collecting data and data through occupational health field investigation, occupational health examination and other methods to evaluate the status of occupational diseases in the project. Results The risk factors of occupational diseases in the production process of the project are silica dust, aluminum alloy dust, alumina dust, manganese and its compounds, carbon monoxide, phenol, formaldehyde, ammonia, noise and high temperature. Among them, the contact noise of casting unit castors was 90.3 d B (A) at 8 h, Lex of cutter contact noise was 94.7 d B (A) at 8 h, and core unit sand The core exposure noise Lex, 8 h 91.1 d B (A), exceed the occupational exposure limits of noise, the rest of the job occupational hazards are qualified. Conclusion The project has chemical and physical factors that cause hazards of occupational diseases in the production process, and comprehensive measures for occupational health management and noise prevention should be strengthened.
