列宁诺戈尔斯克石油管理局开展的大规模工业性试验工作表明,微生物提高采收率方法具有很好的效果。微生物提高采收率法以其投资少、效率高和生态安全引起了人们的关注。其驱油机理与物理-化学方法采用的机理相同,但是微生物代谢物主要是通过直接与孔隙介质中的原油接触而形成的,这就增加了代谢物作用油层的效率。
The large-scale industrial trials carried out by the Leningravorsk Petroleum Authority show that the microbial enhanced oil recovery method has good results. Microbial enhanced oil recovery method with its low investment, high efficiency and ecological safety has aroused people’s attention. The mechanism of displacement is the same as that used in the physical-chemical method, but the microbial metabolites are mainly formed by direct contact with the crude oil in the pore medium, which increases the efficiency of metabolites acting on the oil layer.
