一、热切边模改镶片式 一般工厂设计和使用的热切边模凹模均为整块模具钢制造,我们也一直采用这种结构,但在加工过程中遇到一些困难,特别是一些形孔窄狭的凹模往往要耗费大量的手工劳动,不仅工效低且质量也不稳定,互换性不好,材料消耗大。 针对上述情况将我厂常用的切边凹模改成镶片式结构进行了试验使用(结构分别如图一、图二所示,其外轮廓尺寸与原来整体式的相同)。
