目的:测定Ⅱ型糖尿病并高脂血症患者血浆纤维蛋白原水平,并观察多烯康胶丸(DXk)对其影响。方法:应用比浊法测定21例Ⅱ型糖尿病并高脂血症患者和22例健康查体者(NC)血浆纤维蛋白原(Fg)水平。11例患者继续用Dxk(2caps,tid,po)治疗,治疗4周后观察Dxk对Fg和血胆固醇(TC)及血甘油三酯(TG)的影响。结果:21例病人血浆Fg水平均显著高于NC组(P<0.01)。11例病人经过Dxk4周治疗后,血浆Fg水平由2.94±0.47g/L下降至2.62±0.48g/L(P<0.05),TC由6.57±1.15mmol/L降至5.99±0.71mmol/L(P<0.05),TG由1.85±0.42mmol/L降至1.75±0.38mmol/L(P>0.05)、结论:糖尿病并高脂血症患者体内Fg水平明显升高,Dxk能降低Fg水平。
Objective: To determine the level of plasma fibrinogen in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia and observe the effect of DXk. Methods: The levels of fibrinogen (Fg) in 21 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus and 20 patients with hyperlipidemia and 22 healthy controls were measured by turbidimetry. Eleven patients continued treatment with Dxk (2caps, tid, po) for 4 weeks and observed the effect of Dxk on Fg, TC and triglyceride (TG). Results: The plasma levels of Fg in 21 patients were significantly higher than those in NC group (P <0.01). Eleven patients after Dxk 4 weeks treatment, plasma Fg levels decreased from 2.94 ± 0.47g / L to 2.62 ± 0.48g / L (P <0.05), TC from 6.57 ± 1.15mmol / L to 5.99 ± 0.71mmol / L (P <0.05), TG decreased from 1.85 ± 0.42mmol / L to 1.75 ± 0.38mmol / L (P> 0.05) Conclusion: The level of Fg in diabetic patients with hyperlipidemia was significantly increased, and Dxk could reduce the level of Fg.
