目的了解本地区幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的药敏规律,指导临床合理用药,同时探索适合临床检验的Hp培养方法。方法对326份胃窦部活检黏膜标本用改良Skirrow培养基行微氧培养分离出120株Hp,用K-B法进行7种常用药物的敏感性检测,(甲硝唑、阿莫西林、克拉霉素、呋喃唑酮、庆大霉素、四环素及左氧氟沙星)。结果Hp对左氧氟沙星、庆大霉素、克拉霉素、阿莫西林的敏感率分别为96.67%、95.00%、91.67%、87.50%,对甲硝唑的敏感率最低,仅为51.67%。结论左氧氟沙星、庆大霉素、克拉霉素、阿莫西林等可作为根除Hp的首选药物。部分抗生素耐药率在年龄、性别方面有差异。
Objective To understand the drug susceptibility of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) in this region and to guide rational drug use in clinical practice and to explore suitable Hp culture methods for clinical tests. Methods Thirty-two Hp strains were isolated from 326 gastric mucosa of gastric antrum with modified Skirrow medium. The sensitivity of seven commonly used drugs was detected by KB method (metronidazole, amoxicillin, clarithromycin , Furazolidone, gentamicin, tetracycline and levofloxacin). Results The sensitivity rates of Hp to levofloxacin, gentamicin, clarithromycin and amoxicillin were 96.67%, 95.00%, 91.67% and 87.50%, respectively. The sensitivity to metronidazole was the lowest (51.67%). Conclusion Levofloxacin, gentamicin, clarithromycin, amoxicillin, etc. can be used as the drug of choice for the eradication of Hp. Some antibiotic resistance rates vary with age and gender.
