采用快速热裂解仪,研究典型温度对大粒径稻壳热解过程的影响规律。研究表明,大粒径稻壳快速热解在动力控制或典型扩散控制下进行,800℃为大粒径稻壳快速热解的分界点。根据实验结果求解大粒径稻壳在800~900℃时的快速热解动力学参数(频率因子k0=3.37,活化能E=29.91 k J/mol)。建立大粒径稻壳快速热解三维扩散(G-B)反应动力学模型,获得大粒径稻壳在典型温度800、850、900℃下完成热解所需时间分别为1.7、1.5和1.2 s。
The effect of typical temperature on the pyrolysis process of large-sized rice husk was studied by using a rapid pyrolysis apparatus. The results show that the rapid pyrolysis of large-diameter rice hulls is under the control of dynamic control or typical diffusion, and 800 ℃ is the demarcation point for the rapid pyrolysis of large-sized rice hulls. According to the experimental results, the kinetic parameters (frequency factor k0 = 3.37, activation energy E = 29.91 kJ / mol) of large rice husks at 800-900 ℃ were obtained. The kinetic model of rapid pyrolysis (G-B) reaction of large-diameter rice hulls was established, and the time required to obtain pyrolysis of large-diameter rice hulls at typical temperatures of 800, 850 and 900 ℃ was 1.7, 1.5 and 1.2 s, respectively.
