酸枣为鼠李科枣属植物,其干燥种籽中医传统作为养心安神药。近代对枣仁的药理研究表明其具有多方面的生物活性。本院的研究工作也证明,酸枣仁甲醇溶部分对小鼠具有免疫增强作用;酸枣仁及酸枣叶水煎液具有明显的安神镇静作用。为了探讨这些作用的有效成分,开发野生资源,我们对酸枣果、叶、仁中的化学成分进行了逐一研究。此文报道的是酸枣果、叶、仁中氨基酸成分的分析结果。实验部分一、材料:酸枣肉、叶、仁皆由河北省邢台县科委提供。于1986年秋季种子成熟期采自河北邢台郊区。
Jujube is a plant belonging to the genus Liriaceae of the genus Liriaceae, and its dried seeds are traditionally used as a Chinese medicine for nourishing the mind. The pharmacological studies of Zaoren in modern times showed that it has many biological activities. The research work of this hospital also proved that the methanol-soluble fraction of Suanzaoren has an immune-enhancing effect on mice, and the decoction of Suanzaoren and Choerospondias axillae has a significant calming and sedative effect. In order to explore the effective components of these effects and develop wild resources, we studied the chemical constituents of jujube fruit, leaves, and kernels one by one. This article reports the results of analysis of amino acid components in jujube fruit, leaves, and kernels. Experimental Part I. Materials: Jujube meat, leaves, and kernels were provided by the Science Committee of Xingtai County, Hebei Province. It was harvested in the autumn of 1986 from the outskirts of Xingtai, Hebei Province.
