为分析气道倒Y型金属内支架治疗气道复合性狭窄的疗效,作者根据气道复合狭窄的特殊解剖结构与病变特点,设计个体化气道倒Y型金属内支架。在X线监视下,对7例气道复合病变患者置入倒Y型气道内支架。内支架均一次性置入成功,7例患者置入内支架后均症状缓解,生活质量提高。由此可见,气道倒Y型金属内支架能有效解除气道复合性狭窄近期疗效可靠,值得进一步推广应用。
To analyze the efficacy of airway inverted Y-metal stents for the treatment of airway complex stenosis, the authors designed individualized airway inverted Y-metal stents according to the special anatomy and lesion characteristics of airway complex stenosis. Under X-ray monitoring, an inverted Y-shaped airway stent was placed on 7 patients with airway complex lesions. All stents were implanted successfully at one time. All the 7 patients were relieved after stenting and their quality of life improved. It can be seen that the airway inverted Y-metal stent can effectively relieve the complex stenosis of the airway in the near future and it is worthy of further promotion and application.
