In this study, diabetic rats with incisional wounds and sponge dead cavity wounds refractory wound model PDWHF in improving the role of refractory wounds were discussed. On the 6th day after injury and on the 6th day, the PDWHF 20μl (5mg / ml) was given to the wounds in the diabetes treatment group and the wound tensile strength and the total DNA in the sponge were measured on the 5th, 7th, 10th and 14th days after injury. content. The results showed that PDWHF could significantly improve the healing status of diabetic wounds on day 5 to 10 after injury, and the degree of healing could be restored to normal on the 14th day after injury. Suggesting that PDWHF can be used as a healing agent without further purification
