〖目的〗探讨nm23蛋白表达对人膀胱癌细胞生物学行为的影响。〖方法〗对32例临床病理诊断为膀胱移行细胞癌标本、32例癌旁组织标本和32例正常膀胱粘膜标本,采用S-P免疫组化和图像分析技术检测细胞的nm23蛋白表达量,并对32例患者的临床疗效进行为期两年的随访。〖结果〗①nm23蛋白在膀胱癌不同组织中表达率不同,癌组织(75%)明显高于癌旁组织(31.25%)(P<0.05);癌旁组织明显高于正常组织(6.25%)(P<0.05);②膀胱癌不同分级之间nm23表达量无显著差异。但表浅膀胱肿瘤(Ta-T1)组表达量(0.1983±0.0045)明显高于浸润性膀胱癌(T2~T3)组(0.1037±0.0027),未复发组(0.1703±0.0074)明显高于复发组(0.0805±0.0012)(P<0.05)。〖结论〗①膀胱癌组织nm23阳性表达率高于癌旁组织和正常粘膜组织,癌旁组织高于正常粘膜组织。②膀胱癌nm23表达量与其分化、浸润、复发等生物学行为有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of nm23 protein expression on the biological behavior of human bladder cancer cells. 〖WTHZ〗 Thirty-two cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma, 32 cases of paracancerous tissues and 32 cases of normal bladder mucosa were enrolled in this study. The expression of nm23 protein was detected by SP immunohistochemistry and image analysis. Cases of patients with clinical efficacy of a two-year follow-up. Results ① The expression of nm23 protein was different in different tissues of bladder cancer, with significantly higher expression in cancer tissues (75%) than in paracancerous tissues (31.25%) (P <0.05); paracancer tissues were significantly higher than those in normal tissues (6.25%) P <0.05). ② There was no significant difference in nm23 expression between different grades of bladder cancer. However, the expression of Ta-T1 (0.1983 ± 0.0045) was significantly higher than that of invasive bladder cancer (0.1037 ± 0.0027), while the non-recurrence (0.1703 ± 0.0074) was significantly higher than that of recurrent bladder cancer (0.0805 ± 0.0012) (P <0.05). 〖CONCLUSION〗 ① The positive expression rate of nm23 in bladder cancer tissues is higher than that in paracancerous tissues and normal mucosa tissues, and paracancerous tissues are higher than normal mucosa tissues. ② The expression of nm23 in bladder cancer is related to its biological behavior such as differentiation, invasion and recurrence.
