在治理整顿的新形势下,为了解企业经营者对深化企业改革的心理动态,吉林市最近对208家工商企业的厂长(经理)进行了一次题为“我看企业改革”的调查。这208名厂长(经理)中有163人年龄为36至55岁,占被调查者总数的78.4%;具有大专以上学历的有97人,占45.2%;任职时间6年以上的有91人,占43.8%;有74%的人是上级部门委任的,聘任的仅占26%。他们所在的208家企业,有108家是市级预算内工商企业,占被调查企业总数的52%;有113家是中型企业,占54.3%;盈利企业为108家,占52%,实行各类承包的有162家,占77.9%;实行租赁的
