建立一套固相萃取结合超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定辣椒粉中罗丹明B含量的分析方法。方法:样品经乙醇-氨水-水(7∶2∶1)超声提取后,采用HLB固相萃取柱进行净化处理。以甲醇-0.2%甲酸作流动相,C18色谱柱分离,在多反应监测正离子扫描模式下进行检测。结果表明:罗丹明B标准溶液在1~100ng/mL浓度范围内,线性相关系数r=0.9994,方法检出限为0.1μg/kg,RSD为1.75%~2.43%,回收率在98.5%~100.2%之间。
To establish a method for the determination of rhodamine B in paprika by solid phase extraction combined with ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Methods: The samples were extracted with ethanol, ammonia water and water (7: 2: 1). The samples were purified by HLB solid phase extraction. Methanol-0.2% formic acid as mobile phase, C18 column separation, in the multiple reaction monitoring positive ion scan mode for testing. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient (r = 0.9994) of Rhodamine B standard solution in the concentration range of 1 ~ 100ng / mL was 0.1μg / kg, the RSD was 1.75% ~ 2.43% and the recovery was 98.5% ~ 100.2 %between.
