建立顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱同时测定水中24种挥发性卤代烃的方法。筛选比较4种萃取纤维,优化解析温度、解析时间、萃取温度、搅拌速度、离子强度及萃取时间等萃取条件,并对优化后方法的线性范围、检出限、精密度及回收率进行分析。结果表明,24种挥发性卤代烃在线性范围内线性良好,相关系数r均大于0.994;检出限为0.01~85.1ng/L,其中,氯苯为1.96μg/L;样品不同浓度回收率范围为68.9%~138%,相对标准偏差小于20%。
Simultaneous Determination of 24 Volatile Halogenated Hydrocarbons in Water by Headspace Solid Phase Microextraction - Gas Chromatography. Four extracting fibers were selected and compared to optimize the analytical conditions of extraction temperature, analytical time, extraction temperature, stirring speed, ionic strength and extraction time. The linear range, detection limit, precision and recovery of the optimized method were also analyzed.
