研究了小应变(5%)终轧条件下终轧温度(350、450、550℃)对AZ31镁合金板材微观组织、晶粒取向、力学性能及成形性能的影响。结果表明:小应变轧制条件下,随着终轧温度的升高,板材的晶粒尺寸显著增加、基面晶粒取向略有减弱,导致板材室温埃里克森值从3.7 mm提高到4.6 mm(增幅为24%)。因此,对晶粒尺寸而言,基面晶粒取向对镁合金板材室温成形性能的影响更为显著。
The effects of finishing temperature (350, 450 and 550 ℃) on the microstructure, grain orientation, mechanical properties and formability of AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet were studied under small strain (5%) finish rolling. The results show that under the conditions of small strain rolling, as the finishing temperature increases, the grain size of the sheet increases significantly, and the grain orientation of the base decreases slightly, resulting in an increase of room temperature Erickson value from 3.7 mm to 4.6 mm (an increase of 24%). Therefore, the grain size, the base grain orientation of magnesium alloy sheet at room temperature forming performance is more significant.
