以杏核壳为原料,采用微波辐照氯化锌法制备高品质活性炭。考察了活化温度、活化时间和料液比等因素对活性炭亚甲基蓝吸附值和碘吸附值的影响。最佳工艺条件为:微波功率700 W,微波时间7 min,氯化锌浓度50%,活化温度800℃,活化时间90 min,料液比1∶3,在此工艺条件下的碘吸附值为1670.25 mg/g,亚甲基蓝吸附值为200.0 mL/g。利用处理过枸杞油的活性炭,采用微波辅助法再生。通过试验,得出最佳的再生条件为:再生剂浓度9%,微波功率700 W,微波时间9 min,在此工艺条件下,再生率可达85%。
Using almond kernel as raw material, high quality activated carbon was prepared by microwave irradiation of zinc chloride. The effects of activation temperature, activation time and solid-liquid ratio on the adsorption of methylene blue and the adsorption of iodine on activated carbon were investigated. The optimum conditions were as follows: microwave power 700 W, microwave time 7 min, zinc chloride concentration 50%, activation temperature 800 ℃, activation time 90 min, ratio of material to liquid 1: 3, iodine adsorption under this condition was 1670.25 mg / g, methylene blue adsorption value 200.0 mL / g. The use of processed goji oil activated carbon, microwave assisted regeneration method. Through experiments, the optimal regeneration conditions were as follows: the concentration of regenerant was 9%, the microwave power was 700 W and the microwave time was 9 min. Under this condition, the regeneration rate could reach 85%.
