“无为而治”作为古代的一种哲学思想,在医院管理中具有重要的作用,要遵循医院自身运行的客观规划,分清哪些工作应该“无所为”,怎样达到有效的“有为”。要做到“无为”,要有“信任感”,要敢于“放手”,要信任大家都能“无为而治”,相信自己的前任或下属,要敢于“物尽其用”,不应盲目追求高、精、尖设备。要坚持“无”、“有”的对立统一,“无为而治”并不是说无所事事,要“有为”才能“无为”,管理者自身素质的提高也要靠“无为而治”。
