本文报道了新试剂2-(6-硝基-2-苯并噻唑偶氮)-5-二甲氨基苯甲酸与镍的显色反应,结果表明,在SDS存在下,于pH5.5~7.0的水溶液中试剂与镍形成稳定的绿蓝色配合物,其最大吸收波长位于650nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.16×10 ̄5,配合物中镍与试剂的组成比为1:1,镍的浓度在0~4μg/10mL范围内服从比耳定律。在氟化铵和硫脲存在下,方法具有较高的选择性,用于铝合金和镁合金中微量镍的测定,结果满意。
In this paper, the color reaction of 2- (6-nitro-2-benzothiazolylazo) -5-dimethylaminobenzoic acid with nickel was studied. The results showed that under the presence of SDS at pH 5.5-7 .0 aqueous solution of reagent and nickel to form a stable green-blue complex, the maximum absorption wavelength is located at 650nm, the apparent molar absorptivity of 1.16 × 10 ~ 5, the composition of nickel and reagent composition ratio of 1: 1, nickel concentration in the range of 0 ~ 4μg / 10mL obey Beer’s law. In the presence of ammonium fluoride and thiourea, the method has high selectivity for the determination of trace nickel in aluminum alloy and magnesium alloy with satisfactory results.
