近年来,江西省在输出富余劳动力的同时,采取多种措施鼓励和扶持外出打工人员回乡创业,创业人员享受外商同等待遇。近两年,一些在外掌握一技之长,积累了资本的农村务工人员,纷纷返乡创办了自己的企业,形成一股回乡创业的热潮。江西是劳务输出大省,截至今年9月底,全省劳务输出470.6万人,比去年同期增加38万人。据统计,去年全省劳务输出405万人,收入270多亿元,一些农民经过多年的跨区务工积累了一些资本和经验。
In recent years, while exporting surplus labor force, Jiangxi Province has taken various measures to encourage and support returning migrant workers to start their own businesses and enjoy the same treatment as foreign workers. In the past two years, some rural migrant workers who have mastered the skills and accumulated capital have set up their own enterprises one after another to form an upsurge of returning home to start their own businesses. As a large province of labor export, as of the end of September this year, the output of labor services in the province was 4.706 million, an increase of 380,000 over the same period of last year. According to statistics, the output of labor services in the whole province last year was 4.05 million with a revenue of more than 27 billion yuan. Some peasants have accumulated some capital and experience after many years of trans-regional work.
