基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)与冠状动脉粥样硬化的形成发展及斑块的稳定性有关,对冠心病(CHD)、糖尿病肾病(DN)的发生、发展、转归具有预测意义及临床诊断价值。目前研究较多的是基质金属蛋白酶2、9。然而MMP-2、MMP-9在CHD和DN及二者并发症的患者中的表达具有多样性,检测结果与研究对象、检测时间、经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术支架置入与否及标本的种类有关,目前某些研究的结果尚存在矛盾和争议,现对此研究进展作一综述。
Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) are associated with the development of coronary atherosclerosis and plaque stability, which have predictive value and clinical diagnostic value for the occurrence, development and prognosis of coronary heart disease (CHD) and diabetic nephropathy (DN). Currently more research is the matrix metalloproteinase 2,9. However, the expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in patients with CHD, DN and their complications are diverse. The results of the study are consistent with the study subjects, the duration of the test, and whether or not the patients underwent percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) And the type of specimens, some of the current results of the study are still contradictory and controversial, are reviewed the progress of this study.
