社会经济的进步带动着国内建筑行业不断前行的脚步,使国内的建筑需求越来越多,建筑施工的规模也越来越大。科技的不断进步使建筑工程从最开始的人力建造逐渐过渡到了机械充当主力军的建筑时代。在整体的建筑施工过程当中,关于造价的管理是尤为重要的。建筑施工当中的造价有效管理直接关系到建筑工程的整体成本,影响着企业的综合竞争力。但现阶段在全国的建筑行业当中,施工过程中的造价管理方面一直存在着缺失现象。本文主要根据当前建筑施工过程中已经出现的造价管理方面的问题进行分析,探索出有效解决问题的方法。
Socio-economic progress has led the domestic construction industry to keep moving forward, making the demand for domestic construction more and more and the scale of construction more and more large. The constant progress of science and technology made the construction engineering gradually transition from the initial manpower construction to the construction age where the machinery was the main force. In the overall construction process, about the cost of management is particularly important. The effective cost management in construction is directly related to the overall cost of construction projects, affecting the overall competitiveness of enterprises. However, at this stage in the construction industry across the country, there has been a shortage of cost management in the construction process. This paper mainly analyzes the problems of cost management that have appeared in the current construction process and explores the methods to solve the problems effectively.
