目的:探讨高血压病(EH)脉象参数与血压变异性(BPV)的相关性。方法:收集高血压病130例的脉象参数(DDMX-100脉象仪)及24 h动态血压数据,计算BPV。结果:偏相关分析显示,调整年龄、体重指数等影响因素后,24 h SBP与h3、h3/h1、h4/h1、W1、As、Ad呈负相关,r分别-0.294、-0.327、-0.382、-0.348、-0.177、-0.289(P<0.05),而h5/h1与24 h SBP、24 h DBP呈正相关,r分别为0.207、0.192(P<0.05);PP与h3、h3/h1、h4/h1、W1、As、Ad呈负相关,r分别为-0.322、-0.373、-0.385、-0.323、-0.218、-0.274(P<0.05);24 h SBPSD与h4/h1、Ad呈负相关(r=-0.264、-0.269,P<0.01);24 h SBPL与h3、h3/h1、h4/h1、W1、As、Ad呈负相关(r=-0.399、-0.380、-0.478、-0.385、-0.276、-0.428,P<0.01)。结论:血压变异性(BPV)影响了高血压病的脉象构成。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between pulse parameters of hypertension (BPH) and hypertension (EH). Methods: Pulse wave parameters (DDMX-100 pulsers) and 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure data of 130 patients with hypertension were collected to calculate BPV. Results: Partial correlation analysis showed that SBP was negatively correlated with h3, h3 / h1, h4 / h1, W1, As and Ad at 24 h after adjusting for age, body mass index and other factors, r = -0.294, -0.327, -0.382 , -0.348, -0.177, -0.289, respectively (P <0.05), while h5 / h1 was positively correlated with 24 h SBP and 24 h DBP (r = 0.207,0.192, h4, h1, W1, As and Ad, respectively, r were -0.322, -0.373, -0.385, -0.323, -0.218 and -0.274 (P <0.05) (R = -0.264, -0.269, P <0.01). The 24 h SBPL was negatively correlated with h3, h3 / h1, h4 / h1, W1, As and Ad (r = -0.399, -0.380, -0.478, - 0.385, -0.276, -0.428, P <0.01). Conclusion: BPV affects the pulse shape of hypertension.
