中国人民解放军第三届文艺会演大会四月六日晚在北京开幕。这次会演将检阅全军高举毛泽东思想红旗,坚持文艺为工农兵服务、为社会主义服务所取得的成绩;并通过观摩演出,总结和交流经验,开展比学赶帮活动,进一步繁荣部队文化艺术。国务院副总理兼中国人民解放军总参谋长罗瑞卿大将出席了开幕式。
The 3rd Art Performance Conference of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army was opened in Beijing on the evening of April 6.
