采用DSC、TEM及XRD检测手段,对在不同冷热结合预处理状态下,Fe65Ni1Al5Ga2P8.65B9.6Si3C5.75非晶条带晶化后的纳米晶形成及晶化体积分数进行了分析研究。结果表明:随预退火温度升高,晶化体积分数逐渐升高,在663K时达到了最高的32.0%;当预退火温度为713K,晶化体积分数反而降低为29.1%。随预退火温度的升高,析出相晶粒平均尺寸依次为39.9、22.3、16.7、13.5和16.2nm,主要呈现出逐渐减小的趋势。
The formation and crystallization volume fraction of nanocrystalline Fe65Ni1Al5Ga2P8.65B9.6Si3C5.75 amorphous ribbons were analyzed by DSC, TEM and XRD. The results show that with the pre-annealing temperature increasing, the crystallization volume fraction gradually increases and reaches the highest 32.0% at 663K. When the pre-annealing temperature is 713K, the crystallization volume fraction decreases to 29.1% instead. With the pre-annealing temperature increasing, the average grain size of the precipitated phase was 39.9, 22.3, 16.7, 13.5 and 16.2 nm, which showed a decreasing trend.
