构建城乡统筹的基层党建新格局,是贯彻党的十七大和十七届三中、四中全会精神,促进科学发展的重要举措。法库县近年来通过健全城乡共建组织体系,搭建城乡党建互动平台,建立城乡覆盖的便民服务体系,选派干部挂职,探索基层组织设置新方式等,使基层党组织建设工作取得了一定成效。
The construction of a new pattern of grass-roots party building in urban and rural areas as a whole is an important measure for implementing the spirit of the 17th CPC National Congress and the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee and promoting scientific development. In recent years, Faku County has made some achievements in building the grass-roots party organizations by perfecting the organizational system of urban and rural areas, setting up an interactive platform for party-building in urban and rural areas, establishing a convenient service system covering urban and rural areas, selecting cadres to change positions and exploring new ways of setting up grass-roots organizations.
