目的:观察癃闭通汤联用西药治疗前列腺增生症的临床疗效。方法:将前列腺增生症患者84例分为2组各42例,治疗组给予中药癃闭通汤联合西药盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗,对照组仅给予西药盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗,比较2组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组临床总有效率分别为92.86%、71.43%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组前列腺体积(PV)、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS评分)、膀胱残余尿量(PRV)、血清前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)、最大尿流率(Qmax)等各项指标均有改善(P<0.05),而治疗组各项指标改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3月后随访,治疗组复发1例,占2.38%;对照组复发8例,占19.05%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:癃闭通汤联用西药治疗前列腺增生症患者临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者临床症状,不良反应少,且不易复发。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of treating the benign prostatic hyperplasia syndrome by using the compound therapy of Tongluotongtang and western medicine. Methods: Eighty-four patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) were divided into two groups (n = 42). The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Tongbutong Decoction and tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsule. The control group was given tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained- Treatment, the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 92.86% and 71.43% respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). After treatment, the indexes such as PV, IPSS, PRV, PSA and Qmax of the two groups were (P <0.05), while the improvement of various indicators in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment for 3 months, 1 patient recurred in the treatment group, accounting for 2.38%. In the control group, 8 patients recurred, accounting for 19.05%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The clinical curative effect of 癃-Shutong Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients is remarkable, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, fewer adverse reactions, and not easy to relapse.
