通过对X80管线钢进行不同方向的静力拉伸试验,研究了其应力-应变特性。结果表明:X80管线钢具有连续屈服性,没有明显的屈服平台,有较低的屈强比和较大的均匀塑性伸长率。根据X80管线钢的力学性能特点,研究了X80管线钢基于应力的失效判据和基于应变的失效判据。基于Mises屈服准则和Lame(拉美)公式建立了X80管线钢失效的临界应力计算方程,并给出了X80管线钢的应变失效准则。
Through the static tensile test of X80 pipeline steel in different directions, the stress-strain characteristics were studied. The results show that X80 pipeline steel has continuous yield, no obvious yield platform, low yield ratio and large uniform plastic elongation. According to the mechanical properties of X80 pipeline steel, stress-based failure criterion and strain-based failure criterion of X80 pipeline steel are studied. Based on the Mises yield criterion and the Lame formula, the critical stress calculation equation of failure of X80 pipeline steel was established and the failure criterion of X80 pipeline steel was given.
