如何界定“专业化”,学者可以枚举多项标准。然而,对教师而言,一个很重要的标准就是要不断升华经验。教学是一种个性化的劳动。虽然新课改对老师角色的诸多要求都有一致的文字提法,如促进者、研究者、建设者,但落实到每一位教师的教学生活中却又必须进行同化:把新环境中的信息与原有知识结构中相关概念链接起来,并进行相互作用,改进、扩延原有的知识结构,提升教学专业水平。这就是升华经验,它既是老师专业化的过程,也是专业化的追求。
How to define “specialization”, scholars can enumerate multiple standards. However, for teachers, a very important criterion is to continue to sublimate experience. Teaching is a kind of personalized labor. Although the new curriculum reform has many consistent requirements for teachers’ roles, such as facilitators, researchers, and constructors, the implementation of every teacher’s teaching life must be assimilated: in a new environment. Information is related to related concepts in the original knowledge structure and interact with each other to improve and extend the original knowledge structure and improve the professional level of teaching. This is the sublimation experience. It is both the process of teacher professionalization and the pursuit of specialization.
