高效课堂不仅是教师的课改目标,而且也是学校教学的理想状态。在那样的课堂上,教师教得高兴,学生学得愉快。不论是教师还是学生以及学生家长面对这样的理想状态——高效课堂,大家都应该明白这样一个道理,在这样一个不一般的课堂上,学生也要与众不同,学生要有与众不同的学习习惯、要有与众不同的学习态度和与众不同的学习方法。这里所说的与“众”是指课改前课堂里一部分具有以下特征的学生:第一,他们没有良好的学习习惯。第二,他们采用陈旧的学习方法学习知识。第三,他们的学习是被迫的,不是家长的强迫就是教师的强迫,他们对自己的学习没有一个良好的态度和认识,因而学习无兴趣。
