日本文部科学省和经济产业省于2013年9月1日启动了运用超型计算机“京”从国内能够稳定采的天然资源中发与土类金属同样性能的新材料项目。项目计划用8年时间实现实用化,每年投资约150亿日元,受文部省委托的东大、京大、东工大等共计2500科研人员参与研发。这是日本首次在国内研发土类金属的替代材料。
Japan’s Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology and Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry launched the new material project that utilizes the supercomputer “Beijing” from September 1, 2013 to produce the same properties as earth metals from the domestic stable natural resources. The project is planned to be put into practical use in eight years, with an investment of about 15 billion yen each year. A total of 2,500 scientific research personnel, including Dongda, Peking University and Donggong University, commissioned by the Ministry of Education, will participate in the research and development. This is the first time Japan has developed soil substitutes for metals in the country.
